I’m back!

I’m sure Maintenance Mode looks scary O_O Anyways, I’m back with a snazzy new layout. I’d like to thank Rachaely for the colour idea… YELLOW! Yellow is such a gay happy colour!

I’ve edited the pages, and implemented a library, courtesy of Jem’s BellaBiblio. I also fixed some broken links (like the one to Snark, where I put /snark/ instead of /forum/… How can I be so careless?

I’ve been working quite hard lately, and I’ve completed Niki’s design! She’s going to put it up soon, and oooh, I’m just glad I’ve done it at last. I’ve procrastinated too much and I finally got it done in the wee hours of today morning.

I went for Karate this afternoon and I realize that I really suck at it ( I seriously want to go for grading and get an orange belt D But then that dream seems so faaaaaaaar away. My feet are sore (

Anywho, I’m off to Miri in 5 hours (Yay for traveling at last!), and first off I need to complete my Five Vices Meme, which Aisling and Louise tagged me!

What you have to do in this is the following:

  1. List five vices you have, with a description if you want to.
  2. Tag five bloggers for this meme.
  3. Link back to the blogger who tagged you, and this post if you want to be nice!

Gah, first off, what the hell is a vice?!! My English is still not up to standard *facepalm*

*searches Wikipedia*

Vice is a practice or habit that is considered immoral, depraved, and/or degrading in the associated society. In more minor usage, vice can refer to a fault, a defect, an infirmity, or merely a bad habit. Synonyms for vice include fault, depravity, sin, iniquity, wickedness and corruption. The modern English term that best captures its original meaning is the word vicious, which means “full of vice.” In this sense, the word vice comes from the Latin word vitium, meaning “failing or defect”. Vice is the opposite of virtue.

Vice is also a generic legal term for criminal offenses involving prostitution, lewdness, lasciviousness, and obscenity. Illegal forms of gambling are also often included as a vice in law enforcement departments that deal with gambling as a crime.

Wikipedia

Anytime I need to know something, I run to Wikipedia straight away. I don’t bother with dictionaries, I don’t do ‘proper’ research, nothing. Everything I need is there.

Horror Films

I grimace at the sight of the covers… and yet I always want to watch them. The first horror movie I watched was Scream and it scared me until today due to bloodshed. I then watched a Chinese series based on vampires and whatnot. Since then I rather enjoyed horror movies, provided I have good company (aka my friend Ika, who I watched Apartment 1303 with).

My Hair

I wash it everyday. Some people say it’s unhealthy, but I still wash it everyday nonetheless. My hair is the only part of my body that I super duper love, and if I have a bad hair day I’d even cancel my plans, unless I can fix it in time of course.

Trash Collection

I don’t keep real trash, but I keep unwanted things. My siblings would want to throw some things away, and I’d say, “No, don’t throw it. I want it. It’s so (gives a reason that they’d agree to).” My mom’s against this though, and said that she wants my room to be cleared. (It’s like a pigsty now)

Pigs & Pink

I just love them. These animals are regarded unhygienic and disgusting to many, but to me they are cute and lovable. I like pigs when they are stuffed toys, keychains, pencil-cases, stationery and Including food P My love for pigs began when my father called me Porky since Grade 3 because I’m the fattest in the family (until today, mind you!). Because of my love for pigs, I love the colour pink because it is associated with pigs.

The tagged: Amanda, Cindy, Rilla, Sue and Xuan.

I tag you five people because you were the top 5 in my blogroll when I refreshed my page. How lucky! P

I’m off to bed now… it’s been one heck of a tiring day!
